Spitalul din Hunedoara, în ajutorul unui spital de copii din Ucraina

Un convoi umanitar format din trei camioane și un microbuz a pornit, miercuri seara, din Hunedoara către vama Siret, aflată la frontiera României cu Ucraina. Joi dimineața, bunurile aduse din Hunedoara au ajuns într-un centru logistic din vama Siret, unde au fost încărcate într-un autocamion care a trecut frontiera spre localitatea din Ucraina.

„Convoiul a transportat tone de haine, mâncare, produse de igienă și medicamente care vor ajunge la Cernăuți. Directorul spitalului de pediatrie din localitatea ucraineană a apelat la bunăvoința hunedorenilor și a solicitat medicamente și produse medicale de strictă necesitate, iar hunedorenii, în număr de 235, au dat dovadă de bunătate sufletească și s-au mobilizat exemplar”, a informat Primăria Hunedoara.

Medicamentele și materiale sanitare solicitate de spitalul din Cernăuți, încărcate într-un microbuz, au fost donate în urma unei acțiuni derulate de spitalul din Hunedoara.

„Am avut o solicitare, zilele trecute, de la managerul spitalului de pediatrie din Cernăuți, care m-a sunat și mi-a spus că nu mai au absolut nimic: nu mai au antibiotice, dezinfectanți, materiale sanitare. Războiul nu a ajuns în zona Cernăuțiului, în schimb tot ce înseamnă medicamente și materiale sanitare sunt direcționate de către guvernul ucrainean către zona frontului. Spitalul, neavând de unde să se aprovizioneze, a rămas aproape în imposibilitatea de a funcționa. Donația de medicamente este făcută de către personalul spitalului din Hunedoara, la care s-au alăturat și câteva firme mari din județ”, spune Radu Budae, managerul Spitalului municipal din Hunedoara.

Cu banii strânși din donații au fost achiziționate antibiotice, ser, mănuși, medicamente pentru pediatrie, hrană pentru bebeluși, spirt sanitar, vată și tensiometre.

Transportul a cuprins și alte circa 10 tone de materiale de necesitate. O parte din ajutoare vor ajunge la refugiații ucraineni care vin în România.
